Eileen Robertson-Hamra
Eileen Robertson Hamra is the woman you meet—at the yoga studio, in the coffee shop, or dropping off the kids at school—with a story that draws you in the minute she begins to tell it.
With the intention of helping others tap into their inner resilience and reimagine adversity as an opportunity for growth, Eileen has dedicated her life’s work to carrying on the legacy of the family she grew up with, the family she created with Brian and the family she continues to grow with Mike.
Eileen holds transformational retreats in Chicago, Los Cabos and elsewhere. As a public speaker, certified yogi, holistic nutritionist, and life coach with an MBA, Eileen brings a practical, holistic and humanistic approach to everything she does. From creative advising to impact investing, to building strength emotionally or physically, Eileen holds space to stay focused on what she believes matters most—family, friends, and community.
Debbie delaCuesta
As a personal coach and psychotherapist, Debbie delaCuesta has the unique skill and experience to support and invite individuals into the depths of their own personal transformation and awakening.
Debbie works with individuals, couples and groups interested and sometimes challenged in times of personal growth and transformation. Her commitment to a supportive and dynamic coaching relationship allows for experiences of deepening self-awareness, personal and collective mutual learning (Bateson 2013) This coupled with her knowledge of adult development; her clients are inspired to see and embrace their greater potential along with the wisdom and courage necessary for these times of evolutionary and mutual transformation and contribution.
Melissa Chrusfield
Melissa is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a heart and a passion for unearthing the limitless potential in all people. She is a long-time resident of the West Side of Chicago, an advocate for her community and a mother of three. She desires deeply that the beauty, potential and great value of every human be recognized with both words and action, and she sees yoga as a tool for healing oneself and each other.
Melissa has served as a member of the Community Advisory Committee for the Sinai Urban Health Institute for five years, the Co-Chair for UIC's Greater Lawndale Healthy Work Project, a member of the Better Baby Zone Committee in East Garfield Park and a member of the planning committee for West Side United. Melissa believes authentic relationships are at the root of real change.
Veronika Tracy-Smith
Veronika is a psychologist, coach and facilitator. With a multi-faceted lens towards growth and well-being she weaves in somatic healing of the with emotions and the Spiritual Self in the work with clients and groups. She has a deep level of training in Somatic Experiencing, trauma healing and uncovering your essential self, polyvagal therapy, adult, emotional and spiritual development. She is an instructor for the College of Executive Coaching in Positive Psychology, Health and Well-Being, and personal and executive coaching. Veronika also teaches yoga, meditation and the development of the multi-dimensional mystical self and Reiki.
